Every captain is verified through Saudi Coastal Guard registration, a valid Zawil permit, and a boat-and-safety inspection before listing. Every trip starts with a safety brief at boarding. Live boat location is shared with your trusted contact for the duration of the trip. كل ربان موثَّق عبر تسجيل حرس السواحل، تصريح زاول ساري، وفحص قارب وسلامة قبل الإدراج. كل رحلة تبدأ بموجز سلامة عند الصعود. موقع القارب يُشارَك مع شخص موثوق طوال الرحلة.
How does pricing work? كيف يعمل التسعير؟

Yes. Free cancellation up to 6 hours before departure, with a full refund. Are there women-only trips? في رحلات للسيدات فقط؟
Yes. Filter "Women-only" in the app shows trips with a female captain or a female-only manifest. The captain confirms before boarding. نعم. فلتر "للسيدات فقط" في التطبيق يعرض الرحلات مع ربّانة أو كشف ركاب نسائي بالكامل. الربان يؤكد قبل الصعود.
What if the weather turns? وش لو الجو تغير؟
The captain has final call on conditions. If a trip is cancelled by the captain or weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. القرار النهائي للربان حسب حالة البحر. لو أُلغيت الرحلة من الربان أو بسبب الجو، تسترد المبلغ كامل أو تعيد الجدولة مجاناً — اختيارك.
